Do you serve really challenging clients? Do you charge an additional SERVICE FEE for those clients that are more difficult than others? BE REAL. We have ALL worked with passive-aggressive professionals that live with a little too much toxic negativity or ego. Just because they are different and difficult, doesn't mean they don't need your services too. During the discovery process, I can gauge just how much mental anguish these individuals may cause us, so we tack on an added service fee 🤷‍♀️ That fee then goes to my team in terms of gift certificates or night-out credits to encourage positive enrichment in return for working with challenging individuals or frequent overnight requests that may drain talent. After all, you can't pour from an empty cup! We understand the need to serve and the beauty in neurodiversity. Not everyone is fueled with positivity and empathy and THAT'S OKAY!
