It was February 2018 and I was about to get out of my comfort zone in the windy city. I had planned to host a LinkedIn Local Chicago at Microsoft 's Chicago office and was terrified. Social anxiety swept over me. ➡ What if nobody likes me?! ➡ Would I have to speak in front of 200 people?! ➡ Do I have food in my teeth?! HELP! My palms got sweaty and my heart started to race when a co-host came up and asked if I wanted to say a few things. That one little push was enough. In the past year, I have spoken at over 30 events across the world in front of thousands and it couldn't be easier!
