The key to successful communities is in the conversations. Conversations on social platforms like LinkedIn is visibility. Conversations for communities is a good metric for meaningful engagement. Other good community metrics to live by: 🍗 how many members refer in new members 🍗 how content is generated by members 🍗 the NPS (net positive score) If you like to lead one, you must have a hundred and one ways to engage your members. How do you create meaningful conversations between members? How do you foster a sense of belonging? How do you create bonding experiences? What's the common mission or interest? Clubhouse has these mechanisms. So does Facebook Groups. Not so much LinkedIn Groups, like because people spam stuff in Li-Groups. Many of my clients are gainst Facebooks because the data and Zuck.
