“I lost followers today” For new and content creators, losing followers does sound like the end of the world. The amount of effort to create it. It hurts when some people dislike it. Let’s reframe the narrative: it’s not dislike, it’s lack of resonance. Let’s also be real. When growing an audience, you should expect to lose followers. It’s part of the process. You rather lose followers who don’t align with your values and vision. A great audience has your ideal volks, folks who get it and want to engage with you and your message. Losing followers means they don’t fit the ideal volk type and they filter out.
