Here's how I consume social media. I often use the fried chicken analogy as a way to describe social media. A common question I get is: "Should I be on all channels?" If you're a small business, and if you're wearing multiple hats, and you're the ONLY ONE taking care of marketing. It's likely that you don't have a bandwidth to take care of 4 channels. The best thing is to hyperfocus on one channel where your volks-folks hang out (ie your target market).
