Gaining clients... which comes first: trust or the sale? I look at that line and we all know the answer... Trust comes first. If you want to gain the sale or client, trust needs to happen. That's why I'm a big believer in personal branding. It's the package of trust. First impression: it's the person and how they introduce themselves. Credibility: are they an expert in their field Character: Are they authentic, do I resonate with their values and personality? Communication: do their content reinforce their personal brand? Fried chicken, 'cos I like it and I use it as a visual brand anchor. 🍗 It's not a random choice, it's me creating a tangible experience. You may forget this key message of this post, but walk past a fried chicken store, you will think of me :P So, what are you doing to gain clients? Networking? You can do that online.
