To build a personal brand (or not)... I’m a huge advocate for it because before I had a brand: I was lost. I didn’t have any set intention or purpose. I was invisible. I felt like I wasn’t being heard. Now, 10 years later, I can say that I wouldn’t be where I am today. By building a personal brand, I’ve been able: 🍗 build a network around the world. It helps that I organise fried chicken parties when I visit cities. Like when I was in San Francisco, we had a fried chicken party at Miele. By having a channel on LinkedIn has allowed me to share my thoughts and insights about how to market better. Plus it brought all kind of business. 🍗 But, the biggest victory is that not I have an audience or won awards. It’s gaining confidence to be me.
