Joy for All sent us a robot dog to test it. They design these companion pets to bring comfort and fun to elderly people. These are interactive cats and pups that are aimed at providing an experience of companionship. You can imagine how skeptical we were... but it turned out these robots can really provide a level of companionship. We also tested it with the youngest member of the family and not only she felt the dog is now part of our family but she also felt she had to take care of it and play with it respectfully.
