My TEDx is this Saturday! 😱 Last year I was referred to another TEDx event and I wasn't chosen. A few days later I did a search for events near me and there was one still open, but the applications were due that night. I grabbed a link to one of my videos. Outlined a talk. And submitted my application. Not thinking I would hear back from them, they gave me a call in the middle of a networking event and they ended up choosing me.
