"Heart-full." That's the word I used (and created!) to describe how I was feeling at the start of the #NoLongerVirtual conference in Atlanta. This was my third year attending, and once again, I'm blown away. This event isn't your typical conference. My friend and our fearless leader, Sarah Elkins , managed to do the near-impossible: curate a program of learning and sharing that engaged our minds and hearts, and created an environment that facilitated inclusiveness and deep connection. And after spending 2-1/2 days with the most amazing, inspiring, and encouraging people I can honestly say that my heart is full, and will long remain so.
