This is a very important study about a medical deep learning application and model. https://lnkd.in/gn26j-8 Authors concluded that: 1) The model they built means there is no need for annotating data (!) thus a lot more data could be used to train deep learning algorithms. 2) They could remove 75% slides from a pathologists's workload. 3) It's possible to train algorithms that do not only work on trained/annotated sets of data but right away on clinical data too. 4) They made a tool that makes the lives of pathologists easier and their work much more efficient (the exact aim of good A.I.).
