As a keynote speaker I get to examine the healthcare landscape from various perspectives. When speaking in front of a C-level audience I have to address the big picture, help them question their current assumptions and enhance their approaches to change from exploring new possibilities to implementing structured change. Talking to medical professionals I have to translate digital health trends into practical knowledge/advice from evaluating and implementing health sensors and trackers in their practice, to addressing privacy questions or unlocking the value of genetic testing in precision medicine/ in daily care. This “zooming” between perspectives, embracing multiple layers of a trend is what thrills me the most about these meetings. I learn something new with each encounter.
