Besides giving keynotes, I often do workshops where I make the audience do a forecasting exercise. I don't tell them but that's the part I enjoy the most. When you want do develop a technology or a product for patients and you know what they want, that's a question of service design. When you don't know what they want or what they will want in the future, you are basically doing forecasting. This is why it's so important to improve skills related to this exciting cognitive game.
