A while ago, I mentioned that I would do a workshop for a large organization about the future of digital health and I asked you to share what ultimate health tracker you would like to have in your life and you came up with amazing ideas. Here a few examples:, enjoy! :) An auto-immune stress sensor that utilizes my DNA and knows which relevant genes have expressed so I can check in periodically on how my body is functioning across the spectrum. A short-term memory sensor to help me track/trend my short-term memory and provide tips to improve it, including sleep. A blood glucose sensor for diabetics that does not cost our entire month's salary to acquire. Eye monitor so I know it is time to stop looking at the scree n& take a break. The ultimate sleep sensor that regulates and measures melatonin, which you can regulate yourself (night workers, jet lag, etc). Nose sensor measuring quality and quantity of CO2 emitted to calculate base calories consumed and during activities, keto status sensing as add-on for low carbs diets.
