Stride is ecstatic to be working with ART & PRACTICE , a nonprofit in Los Angeles whose mission is to support foster youth (ages 18-24), and provide the residents of South LA with free access to museum-curated contemporary art. In collaboration with nonprofit First Place for Youth, A+P provides foster youth with paid internship opportunities, and funds educational scholarships to decrease the many barriers foster youth face in pursuing their education. Admission to all exhibitions and public programs is free. We are privileged to be supporting such an incredible cause, and are thrilled to be able to assist Sophia Belsheim , A+P’s Deputy Director, and Nikki Lewis , A+P’s Director of Operations, as they focus their energies on making an impact within South Los Angeles. #StrideOn …see more
