So, ponder this article in InsideHigherEd. The College of Idaho is trying a co-presidency. This is a topic on which I have written and supported -- not in every situation but in some situations. Consider when it will work well. I had pictured something different from what they are doing (one experienced academic w/ one business person for instance or folks with very different skill sets -- a student life expert with a scholar w/ experience in grants).  I wrote a note on the IHE piece referencing an another article I wrote on this topic. https://lnkd.in/ewrHitg So, let's watch.
