Good morning. Due to tomorrow being a holiday in the US, we get this morning both the monthly jobs report and weekly jobless claims (where consensus is 1.38 million and continuing claims of 19 mm). With two qualifications -- below and the unusually wide dispersion this month for the individual projections -- market consensus for the jobs report is for 3.1 mm employment creation (up from the prior 2.5 mm) and a 12.5% unemployment rate (down from 13.3%). #economy #jobs #employment #unemployment #wages …see more
