Help me here. Don't we encourage leaders to surround themselves with people who will challenge their views, who will speak truth to power, who will raise issues and push back in the name of improving the work being done? Seems to me that that approach isn't being used in WH now. They are looking for "yes" people. Can't we all learn from others? And, consider what we teach our children: ask good questions, learn to listen and hear and be open to views of others. That's the hallmark of quality thinking and learning and education.
