This is pretty amazing and something I thought was still years away. Singapore has approved lab-grown chicken from Eat Just, Inc. for sale as an ingredient. The first-ever meat sold that didn't come as a result of killing an actual animal. This is, of course, different than meat substitutes like Impossible Foods and Beyond Meat in that Eat Just is selling actual meat. When does drive become delusion? I have followed Elizabeth Holmes for years and always believed in her and her mission (check out my stories). Am I wrong in doing so? I’m currently halfway through this HBO documentary entitled The Inventor: Out For Blood in Silicon Valley and haven’t changed my mind yet. Yes, there were absolutely flaws and the product wasn’t ready for market but was she really delusional? Did she really, purposefully, lie to the world? I’m not sure... What do you think? Because it brings diversity of thought, experience and ideas to the industry driving the technical innovations and civic solutions being deployed in our cities.
