The launch wasn't as trouble-free as planned - we had to replace the live link the minute we were about to start. The one-hour session was wonderful, you really kept me busy, and your comments alone could provide munition for the following ten. Technical gremlins returned right at the end, when the video mysteriously disappeared. We had to restore it through YouTube support. What we learned: we live in a time when you can only spot you're chatting with a robot because it's too polite and too competent to be human.
