I love the work the positive impact of the work funded through Omidyar, but this job posting caught my eye. A part-time six-month gig for someone who is early in their career and doesn’t necessarily need experience in digital privacy ... and yet the job requirements include a bachelor’s degree. We need to stop creating job requirements that filter out potential qualified candidates by requiring a degree when the degree literally does not make the candidate more qualified. …see more
