i always find biz models focused on SMEs fascinating. the angle of approach is either towards front end (crm) or back end (accounting) with a healthy dose of integration to ensure one is building a platform. end goal always is capture of data to enable other services such as lending. payments always features prominently. the issue most of these startups face is which target market to tackle: too small an SME and churn rears its ugly head. too big an SME and sales cycle lengthens. #fintech #payments #sme #bookkeeping …see more
