Jenny Johannesson excellently highlights a problem I've been concerned about for while now. Trend jumping when it comes to design. While the advent of companies like Squarespace and Wix.com make it easier than ever to create a website (which is a good thing), it is still important to remember that brand is the sum total of everything a company does and how it interacts with the world. Including design. It's how we approached it when I was in marketing at Netflix .
