It seems like a no-brainer way to gain consumer options would for Waymo to offer tiered subscription plans rather per ride like a taxi, Uber , or Lyft . As I wrote this I received an email from Lyft with an interesting twist on a subscription -I can pay $2 a month to lock-in consistent rates on my top route - interesting approach but that’s not how I use ridesharing.
