There are 2 ways to go about achieving brand success. The first is the path that everyone takes. This seems easy to start with but becomes incredibly painful as you continue along the journey. Eventually, it becomes crowded because there are many people taking this path. This is the path of creating posts for the sake of it, and not leveraging content to reinforce your positioning. Then there is the harder way. Few people choose to head this way. But it is the path that ultimately leads to success. This is the path of brand building that's sustainable and worthwhile. It's about building a brand that leaves impact and legacy. On LinkedIn, I have noticed where people are... Creating and repeating the same content mistakes... Researching but never taking action... Refusing to invest in oneself and get help. It's an easy path but becomes incredibly painful as you continue.
