This weekend I had the honor and privilege of speaking at Kirsty Blattner 's Recalibration Retreat at the gorgeous Holy Wisdom Monastery, surrounded by fields of wildflowers, weeping willow trees, and bodies of water. Before my session, I was able to learn from these ambitious men and women about their fears and challenges, with an overwhelming need to highlight how to let go of shame in order to blossom. Reading the audience and recognizing this need shifted my presentation last-minute as I made new best friends and powerful connections. Leaving the courtyard, my hand brushed this slimy little fella, so small I almost missed him! I've never seen a frog so small before and acknowledge all signs as gifts, quickly researching this symbolism: "The frog symbolism signals a time for rebirth or renewal. Your frog totem can thrive both in water and on land. This frog meaning simply tells that you are also inclined to navigate between physical, emotional, and spiritual planes, and find joy in life and nature." How beautiful and incredibly fitting for this amazing experience?!
