Some observations sifting through the 1600+ applications received for small number of paid #internship roles at Money Management India (through Internshala and LinkedIn...and more to come for The Money Hans ) - I am short-listing candidates who have shown their desire to learn by doing short courses outside of their under/post graduate studies (good to see CFA Foundations show up a few times) - I am leaving out candidates who think they are applying for large firms, when we specifically asked them to check out websites and LinkedIn pages - The understanding of various types of roles within 'Finance' still appears patchy.
