If you've never had back pain, don't read on. If you sometimes do, you are probably looking for some relief for it. Something that's easy to manage, portable, user-friendly, and durable. And most importantly, it has to reduce pain. I just tested Reliefheat, a device that promises exactly these. This is my experience with it: - The belt is easy to use, comfortable and portable. - The device operates on an app where you can set the basic features via Bluetooth. It heats and changes temperature in seconds and even learns your preferences. Charging is quick and battery life is long. - But: you need to figure out first if heat works for you or not. Everyone reacts to the same treatment differently. Heat might alleviate your muscle and joint problems, but for inflammation you should stick with something cold. - ReliefHeat is designed for the lower back area and although I tried to use it on other body parts, like knees and shoulders, it didn’t work out well and was uncomfortable. - The product is only available in the US and Canada. All in all, ReliefHeat delivered on its promises. If I had chronic back pain that reacted to heat, it would be an instant buy. But if the pain is elsewhere, or heat did not make you feel better, I would recommend you finding another option.
