Create posts with your voice

You can now speak your ideas instead of typing them! When creating a new post, click "Speak your idea" under the AI option to record up to two minutes of audio. Your speech is transcribed and used to generate a full LinkedIn post, just like typing an idea but hands-free.

Voice input is also available in the post editor. Click the little microphone button under the input field while editing any post to transcribe your speech and insert it directly at the cursor position.

New draft wizard

We've added a new way of creating drafts. From now on, you get two options: generate a post with AI by describing your idea, or open a blank draft to write from scratch.

The AI option lets you type a quick idea and get a full LinkedIn post generated for you, ready to edit and schedule.

Repurpose content

Writing LinkedIn posts from scratch every day is hard. Most people already have content like blog posts, articles, newsletters, that could work well on LinkedIn with a different format.

You can now paste the URL of an article into Postomator and generate between 5 and 20 post ideas from it. Each idea is a standalone LinkedIn post, not just a summary. You can save any of them as drafts, edit them further, or schedule them directly.

Cleaner AI generated content

All AI-generated content now goes through an automatic cleanup step. Invisible characters and formatting artifacts that some language models embed in their output are stripped out before your content is saved. The result is cleaner text that reads exactly as intended when published.

We also get rid of (almost) all em dashes — if you want those, you'll need to add them manually.

Multi-team support

If you manage LinkedIn accounts for multiple brands or clients, you can now organize them into separate teams. Each team has its own drafts, scheduled posts, and connected accounts.

Switching between teams takes one click from the sidebar. The new team menu is cleaner and makes it easy to see which team you're currently working in.

We've made drafts and post previews noticeably faster.

When you open your drafts page, we now preload drafts in the background. This means when you click on a draft, it opens instantly instead of waiting for the page to load.

The same applies to post previews and the scheduling popup. Everything should feel faster now.

Impage previews

We've made some quality of life improvements to the post editor.

Click on images in the editor to view them in a beautiful full-screen lightbox. When you have multiple images, navigate between them using keyboard arrows or by clicking the navigation buttons.

Show timezone

We now display the timezone in the scheduling popover. This makes it clear exactly when your posts will be published, especially helpful if you're scheduling content while traveling.

Posts are scheduled in your timezone and you can always change your timezone in your profile.

Keep in mind that this won't change the time of previously scheduled posts.
